Do I need a DBS check?
It depends on the site. Some school and healthcare locations require a DBS check. We will tell you when a specific role calls for one, and we record whether you already hold a valid check.
Do you carry out the DBS check for me?
We record whether you hold a current DBS check and note where a site requires one. We do not state that a check is complete unless it genuinely is — the check itself is handled through the proper process.
Are these day or evening roles?
Both. Cleaning and facilities work often runs outside standard hours, so we record your availability and match accordingly. We cannot guarantee a specific shift is available.
Do I need to drive?
For fixed-site roles, usually not. For mobile rounds covering several sites in a day, a driving licence is often needed — tell us if you drive.
