Accessibility

We want this website to be usable by as many people as possible. We are building it to target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

We use semantic structure, clear headings, visible keyboard focus, sufficient colour contrast, labelled controls, a skip-to-content link, and support for reduced motion. The site is built to work across common screen sizes without horizontal scrolling.

Accessibility is an ongoing commitment. As we add worker and employer registration, we will apply the same standards to forms, error handling and document upload.
